Membership

Learning and playing at our regular meetups are free. If you enjoy our club activities, please consider supporting us with a $25 seasonal membership. We will use the proceeds solely for club purposes (e.g., purchase mahjong sets).

Membership Benefits

Each seasonal membership comes with these exclusive benefits:

1. a club T-shirt
2. a special club business card with a score table on the back
3. free entry into our seasonal local tournament ($10 for non-paid members)
4. eligibility for leaderboard prizes

Leaderboard Prizes

The details are being finalized. We will give prizes to the top X paid members on the sanma and yonma leaderboard (ranked among paid members only). The prize pool will likely include:

1. name a custom yaku for the next season (requires approval by the officers)
2. an “Elder” Discord role for the next season that allows entering leaderboard game scores and participation in the officer chats.
   • Elders have no officer obligations or voting power.
3. a physical prize like a riichi sticker set
